All transactions occurring online at Print Dot Com Inc., whether through www.printdotcom.ca or by phone, are subject to the laws of the Ontario province. Print Dot Com Inc. holds no responsibility for delays or damages resulting from machinery breakdowns, acts of God, or other actions, including governmental actions such as war, riot, seizure, or embargo. The tools available on www.printdotcom.ca to create documents are the property of Print Dot Com Inc. and its affiliates. The Buyer’s order constitutes acceptance of the Seller’s terms, which are governed by Ontario province law.

Reservations

All orders are subject to acceptance by Print Dot Com Inc. We reserve the right to reject any order at any time without recourse. Additionally, we retain the right to adjust prices at any time, even after receiving an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of the product, returns cannot be accepted once an order is processed and/or shipped. Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two (2) business days of receiving the merchandise. We will replace incorrectly processed orders only upon receiving the returned merchandise. Orders will not be replaced if deemed misused or mishandled by the buyer, or if part of the order has been used and part returned.

Credit Card

If the Buyer’s credit card is declined, Print Dot Com Inc. will not process the order. Delinquent accounts will incur a monthly finance charge of 2% (annual percentage rate of 24%) on the unpaid balance. Beyond the payment due date, future purchases will require advance payment unless specific arrangements are made. In the event of legal action, the Buyer agrees to pay reasonable legal fees and costs.

Warranty

Print Dot Com Inc. does not provide explicit warranties beyond possible product replacement. Replacement or credit for defective products is not guaranteed but may be offered at the discretion of Print Dot Com Inc.

Shipping

Shipping terms are F.O.B. Print Dot Com Inc. will arrange shipping on behalf of the buyer, who will bear full responsibility for shipping and handling costs. Print Dot Com Inc. is not liable for delays, losses, or damages once the order is with the shipping carrier.

Limitation of Liability

Print Dot Com Inc. will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from performance or nonperformance of obligations. The Buyer agrees not to hold Print Dot Com Inc. responsible for losses, expenses, damages, or legal costs resulting from claims against Print Dot Com Inc. or its affiliated companies.

Cancellations and Refunds

Print Dot Com Inc. and its affiliates do not refund money for shipped orders or those cancelled after processing.
